I am very thankful that you have chosen to include me as part of your health care delivery team. My first goal is to provide you with the answer to “why” your health has changed in a way that is not optimal. My second goal is to guide you on a path toward regaining optimal health. My third goal is to give you the tools to maintain the health that you have achieved.

What you can expect from working with me is a very thorough Functional Medicine evaluation. You can expect clear communication, an open minded, non-judgmental opinion and appropriate diagnostics to back it up. My office is a one practitioner, private practice. You will be working directly with me to resolve your health concerns.
